due to recently re-injuring my back I'm confined to water jogging and swimming as exercise for the time being. But I noticed that the calories counted under water jogging don't seem accurate. On the rare occasion that I eat anywhere near my allowed calories for the day after water jogging, I always gain weight the following day. So I'm going to log two thirds of my time and try to make that the HARD number to live by, as far as allowed calories. Wish me luck.
