Hacks - Getting Your Fitness on at Home

So I went down the rabbit hole yesterday, reading all the great articles MFP member @waldo56 has published to his super informative site, Strength UnBound, strengthunbound.com/ which lead me to contemplate new ways to get a good burn at home...

This morning, a coworker commented on my bulging tote bag and I passed it to him to show him how heavy it is (it's really preposterous, the amount of crap in that bag) and he couldn't believe I hauled that weight around every day (probably explains the kink in my shoulder)...

Out of curiosity, I took it to the break room and threw it on the digital scale - 10 lbs exactly. And sturdy handles to boot.

I think I've found a way to get my tricep kickbacks in ;)

Anyone else have creative work arounds for getting a great workout in your own home? How about for inverted rows?
