I have a six month old and I know how hard it is to get to the gym but you can do workouts at home like sqauts, use household stuff like milk to use as weights or even take your little one for a walk .. <3

    Exercising with a little one can definitely be hard. When my kids were babies I found the best time for me was while they slept. Thankfully they were good sleepers and this was never an issue.

    I agree .. I can usually get workout in when my son is a sleep .
