A year ago this time, I was 20 lbs heavier. I just actively started my life style change June 1. Since then I've lost 10 more lbs. I'm new to MFP so I'm trying to incorporate a weight loss forum in my regular routine to give and receive positive encouragement.
I started exercising last week and found the thread mill was not my friend!

Welcome to the MFP community. You are sure to get lots of good advice and encouragement here.
Don't give up on the tread mill. I had a hard time getting use to mine and now I love it. Obviously you will want to do other things as well such as weight training.0 -
