I sweat LOTS and I notice that most other people don't. I wonder whether that will decrease as I continue getting into better shape. If it's genetic, perhaps not.0

I doubt it will change as your fitness level changes. At least mine hasn't....I've been at it for two years now and my fitness has gotten better however the sweat hasn't changed for me.0

sweat is your bodys` natural defence against over heating, your body assumes you are overheating so you sweat.
they say not to wipe sweat off as the wind chill cools you down, however in a gym envirmonment this isnt possible!
i sweat like a pig, i drip, my clothes get wet... i do get concious of it but i dont care that much.
i drink a lot of water and have hairy chest, mix that with the overh heating defence and i think that is my problem!0
