From what I understand this is a 9 week program, but must you follow it everyday with no breaks? With my kids' schedule, I am forseeing problems getting it completed everyday. Just curious if anyone takes a day in between here and there. Hopeing to start this weekend!!

Usually it is done 3 days a week. That is what I did. If the weather was bad ( I didn't do it on the treadmill), I would wait for better weather. Go at your own pace.

its designed to be done 3 days/week

but you can take it slower than that, and take 2 or even 3 weeks to do a "week" if you wish.

Yeah - what they said :) I managed to get my 3 days in most weeks, but week 5 I only ran 1 day, so I repeated that week. Then week 6 or 7 I missed 1 of the 3, but just went on like normal. It's a great program, and you can change your days if you need to, but I would recommend trying not to run 2 back to back very many times. I did it a couple of times, but wouldn't want to make it a weekly thing. Good luck!

Like, sassyg mentioned, you can take more than a week to complete a "week" of C25K. I spent 2 weeks on week 1 because I knew I was cheating myself on completing the workout. It really is a program where you can move on the next "week" when you're ready. Take your time and do it right so that no matter if it takes you 9 weeks or 9 months, you'll be running a full 5k at the end!

ditto! feel free to repeat days/weeks as much as you feel you need to before moving onward

One of these days I'll actually FINISH the entire program, but I have been modifying it to my own paces.
