    I actually considered it because we've had so much spam lately - and my firewall hides about 1/4 of pics from me, so I can't see it. BUT then I saw "63 posts" and the winky face and drew enough inference to realize it was something tongue-in-cheek.

    Yeah, I'm guessing someone read the title and assumed, "spam". I agree. The exercise "pill" has been far more beneficial to me than any diet, even if it doesn't guarantee me weight loss.

    I do take offense to "crazy cat lady". Some crazy ladies are dog people. And some crazy cat people are men - I know because my boyfriend is one of them.
