Ok, so now that I got you in here reading my lovely post I hope some one out there can help.

So I kinda want to add running to my walking routine right now I get about 2-3 mil's in outside of work were I can walk up too 6-7 mil's in a night. I was wondering if there was a music program out there that lets you set intervals like for 5 min slow-paced tempo to 1 min fast tempo, I don't really care about the type of music, also I was hoping the program would be able to be changed every so often so I could in theory increase the time in the interval like after about 2 weeks change it to 5 min slow and 2 min fast, and so on..

any thought's?

I don't know about that, but check out c25k or zombies, run! apps for walk/run interval training. They play along with your own playlist but have cues (beeps or RUN, ZOMBIE! lol) to tell you when to run and when to walk. C25K (Couch to 5k) is very tried-and-true, lots and lots of people have had success with it and it's been around for a few years now.
