Help with calorie counting for the Ideal shape up 12 week challenge

I'm having trouble adding my calories for the daily workouts I don't know what to log it in as and I'd rather not have to do it 1 by 1 ... I tried logging it in as circuit training but it just seemed like too many calories. ...

    You can adjust the amount of calories recorded but still use the circuit training entry.

    But how do I know how many calories I'm burning

    MFP calorie burns estimates are known to be fairly generous. Many people adjust down 50-75%
