So I am new to this and I am very committed to loosing as much weight possible. I was lucky enough to find a friend that became my gym partner and we are hitting the gym 4 times a week and hiking once a week. I am currently 218 pounds and I'm 5'7 and its time for a change, I'm tired of being overweight. Slowly I will get to the ideal weight:)
