    You had my attention until "bacon" came into the picture. When I think of caramel apples, bacon somehow doesn't seem to fit in. However, feel free to add another shot of bourbon. ;)

    ummmm, I would have *happily* shared it with you! :-)

    and, the bacon was perfect with the carmel and the burbon. The apple flavor was subtle, and not artificial.
