Hello All!
I am a mother of four who is definitely in need of a few lifestyle changes! Overall we eat pretty well as a family (with many fruits and vegetables), however since having my last baby ( he is 10 months), and working full time (both my husband and I); we have found ourselves eating on the run more than we should and not exercising consistently. I was on MyfitnessPal after my third child and lost 25 pounds within a matter of months (because I went in HARD). However, this time around it took me a while to "get my mind right". Recommitting to eating IN most nights and making the time (No Matter What) to exercise (consistently and with intensity) took more discipline than I imagined. Sooo I am BACK and going in Hard (well hard for me) again and I hope to inspire and be inspired by others, especially busy moms!! Thanks for reading!
