I'm confused on how many calories I should be eating and how to tone up without gaining the weight

    Not sure, but I would put in a goal in MFP to lose .5 pounds per week and see what it gives you. As for lifting, I'm no expert but I have heard on here that you will not gain weight by lifting weights if you are eating a deficit.
