Striving for confidence

I've been on MFP before but I was only ever concerned with losing weight, which led to some pretty horrific eating patterns. I also have severe social anxiety, and while I'm working on getting over this, it makes getting out of the house extremely hard. This has caused me to put on large amounts of weight over the past couple of years.

I've tried many times to lose weight, but this time my goal is to be healthy and confident. I will be working out from home, at least for the time being, and I will be trying to eat as healthily as I can. Any support would be appreciated!
