I'm struggling with sudden weight gain in my belly and high area
Need to get in shape by the end of August
Any suggestion/advice will be appreciated

Hi have you tried cutting out carbs? And doing exercise at home? That's all I do, and once you see the weight come off you'll start feeling so much better about urself.0

How suddenly? You sure you aren't pregnant? You can definitely make some changes in two months, but it's really not (probably not) long enough of a time to achieve your goals.

Cutting carbs is not required to lose weight.
Which by the way, according to your other post you do slimming world and have been stalled, so not sure why you are saying something different here.0 -

I'm so confused. Did you cut out carbs and then see your weight plateau? If so, how are you plateauing, since SW free foods are primarily carbohydrate-based? Unless you're massively overestimating your other macro portions.
OP, read the links previously shown. Purchase a food scale and weigh and log every bite. You will definitely be closer to your goal by August. You got this!0
