Derby girl looking for motivation :)

Hey all.
I've recently taken up Roller Derby. The thing is I'm pretty unfit. Derby has been a mass help though, Some brutal exercises hapn'n in those training sessions!

I quit smoking over a year ago now, and when I did I turned to sweets to help me kick my smoking habit, but never got around to kicking the addiction to sweets. (I have a mass weakness for sweet things, and a massive food lover in general.)
I started at 85 kg *I know* but oddly I don't look it.

Anyways, I've decided to lose weight and get fit, not only for my future derby career but to feel better about myself and have more energy for my children.

I started this 'my fitness pal' 2 days ago and am looking for support buddies :)
