Lifting w/ free weights

Looking for suggestions on programs using free weights at home. I have been doing various lifts, but would love to have something with more a schedule for me to follow. I have a set of weights ranging from 5 to 35 lbs, and an adjustable bench.

    There are lots of great programs available for dumbbell training. What are your fitness goals?
