Do you log it under cardio or strength? I'm sure I am burning calories, but does that really count as a workout?

It does count as a workout but I wouldn't go and throw 700 calories back in my mouth as a reward.. I typically don't eat back my weight lifting calories but if I did it would be under 250 calories for an hour workout. I load my weight lifting as 1 calorie under circuit training but lift with free weights

I log cardio, but not lifting. I just always felt like it would be a pain to figure out calories burned from lifting weights.

I let my fitbit log any burn it calculates from the steps I took loading the bar, but I don't really log my lifts for calorie burn.

Thanks guys! When I log it under cardio, I don't earn a ton of calories, but wasn't really sure if it even counted as a workout. I like logging it because it helps with motivation, like to feel accomplished, but am not using it in order to be able to eat more.

I usually log around 90 calories for a one hour session but I'm more interested in just logging that I did it than earning extra calories for it. It's definitely a workout but I know I don't burn nearly as many calories during that hour as I would running 6 miles.
