PSA::::Look at your feed/Message Board updates, if you or your friends updates look like this, you are definitely doing it wrong, and yes this is based on the true updates you always see on MFP.
Monday: Hey guys can't wait to hit the gym tonight! I'm trying this awesome new workout that just came out called '2 weeks complete life fix', looks totally legit! Laterz!! #SwoleLife
Tuesday: That workout totally kicked my but last night! I totally earned this extra Bear Claw this morning, work is gonna draaaaaaaaaaaaaag. Can't wait to hit the gym tonight! I'm going to do 5 extra sit ups so I can hit the Olive Garden afterwards #BeastMode #BeachBody #BringingSexyBack
Wednesday: Ughnnnnnnnnnn so tirrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrred! Blew of the gym and hit the bar with some friends last night. I drank SO much!! To make it worse this jerk at work brought in donuts to sabotage me! I ate six and it's totally his fault! I'm not logging today, I'll get back to it tomorrow. Please send me posts telling me it's okay and I can enjoy real food once in a while@ #YOLO #BarLife #CoWorkersSuck #IfYouDontTrackItItNeverHappened
Thursday: Missed the gym again last night and went to this new fried food joint, I ate like 10 pounds of Fries! It's time to get serious, gym tonight, eat right, and get back on track! Beach here I come!! #ImASurvivor #GymLife #NewMe #EyeOfTheTiger
Friday: AHHHHH I give up! This workout sucks! I've been doing it for a week and I've gained 3 lbs!! Whatever, you know what? I'm done, I'm out of here! This stuff never works! #RageQuit #ImOut #Byez!
