I have 10kg weight in my house. I have been lifting them for a while, seeing a slight difference but now I want to get really into it. Not sure where to start though. My biggest problems are my lower belly. Thighs and have underarm jiggle. Need help?!? I am on a low carb clean eating regime and have lost 8st in total. Fell off wagon and gained 2st again which I'm now getting off. Currently I am 16st.2lbs or 227.0lbs.
Any advice, tips? Should I be doing something else?

    starting strength
    strong lifts
    new rules of lifting
    strong curves

if the gym isn't your thing
    body by you
    convict conditioning
    you are your own gym

get yourself on a progressively loaded program not just lifting aimlessly.

Also- don't bother with clean eating. contrary to what women's day and shape prints- you CAN have your cake and eat it to.

    With in moderation.
