Finding it differcult to maintain eight after losing 2 stone

What has changed for you that your now finding it difficult? I ask because maintenance is just the same as when you're eating at deficit only you can eat up to 500 cals more a day. Keep focused and keep weighing in so you don't get complacent.

you do realize that you will not maintain a static number right...body weight isn't static. maintenance is a range, not a specific number. also, when most people move to maintenance they actually gain a few pounds because 1) more inherent waste in the system from eating more; 2) glycogen stores (essentially water) are chronically depleted when dieting and are filled when you eat more...glycogen has mass and thus weight.0
