What has changed for you that your now finding it difficult? I ask because maintenance is just the same as when you're eating at deficit only you can eat up to 500 cals more a day. Keep focused and keep weighing in so you don't get complacent.

Well done on reaching maintenance

you do realize that you will not maintain a static number right...body weight isn't static. maintenance is a range, not a specific number. also, when most people move to maintenance they actually gain a few pounds because 1) more inherent waste in the system from eating more; 2) glycogen stores (essentially water) are chronically depleted when dieting and are filled when you eat more...glycogen has mass and thus weight.

Congrats on reaching maintenance. You'll find that your weight will fluctuate up or down depending on many factors. Hang in there.

You will fluctuate within a range. But every day you're in it, celebrate.
