Trip to the curry house

I've been invited to go for a curry with a group of my friends and never bothered with looking at calories before using this app. I want to enjoy my night out but don't want to feel like I'm cheating. Question is, can anyone recommend dishes to have that are reasonable to have being on a diet? Obviously staying away from kormas and masalas but where do curries become o.k to have?
