On May 7, 2015, I started Jillian Michaels Body Revolution 90 day weight loss program, 15 DVD's. Since that time, minus 2 week vacation, I completed Phase 1 workouts 1-4 + Cardio 1. I have been following the exercising plan of Monday - Friday, resting Sunday. My weight was 177lbs. I did not measure. Today, my weight is 180lbs. Below are measurements.
Neck 14ins.
Bust 40ins.
Bicep 14ins.
Waist 38ins.
Lower Hips 44ins.
Thighs 25.5ins.
Calves 15ins.
Ankles 9 ins.
I feel something is wrongs because my arms, abdomen and thighs look bigger than before. I must confess, I didn't use the fat burning meal plan. I cut portion sizes. I will try harder to incorporate fat burning menus along with exercise workouts 5 - 8 + Cardio 2 starting Monday.

If you want to lose weight, you need to eat at a calorie defict. Period.
Exercise is just icing on the cake.
Why do you say you have an extra large frame?0 -
How many calories you eating? What's your defecit?0
-
You probably look fatter because you have water weight for muscle repair due to the exercise. To lose weight, you have to eat less than you burn (a calorie deficit). Are you weighing and measuring food with a scale?0

Agreed: if you aren't losing weight then you aren't eating less calories than you're burning each day. It is almost always that simple. Exercise is for fitness, a calorie deficit is for weight loss. Here's a chart (created by @lemonlionheart) that may help you to determine why you aren't losing weight:

Exercise is for fitness. Weight loss starts in the kitchen. Are you logging foods? That is a great way to start. If you are logging your foods, open your diary and other members may be able to help you troubleshoot.0

Not using food scale. Thanks for reminding me. I have a food scale from Weight Watchers.0

Body measurement are extra large.
No. Get a measuring tape and actually measure the different parts of your body like chest, waist, arms, thighs, hips, etc. What you might think of as a large frame could actually be the "norm".
Also in order to lose weight you have to eat at a deficit. The uptick in your weight could just be water weight.

Definitely take measurements and photos.... that way if you lose an inch or 2 and the scale stays the same it will / should keep you motivated. As others have said, use the food scale and exercise as means to making yourself feel better and fitter but not just to create a huge deficit0

There need not be a correlation between body measurements and frame size. If today, 70 lbs heavier, I were to go by my wrist size for body frame, I'd be falsely believing I have a large frame. But I know from a past wrist measurement at my healthy weight that my body frame is actually small. So don't pigeonhole yourself as having an extra large frame yet…
As for not losing weight, start measuring and recording your food intake. Calories can very easily sneak up on us throughout the day!0
