Last night I did 30 minutes on my Air Climber with 2 lb weights instead of the resistance band. It's easier for me. I burned 190 cals in 30 mins. This morning I did the same video with the same 2 lb weights and only burned 154 cals. The only thing different is, I eat when I get home from work at night and wait maybe 1 1/2 to 2 hrs before exercising. In the morning, I only have 1 cup of coffee before I exercise because I don't have an hour to wait. I eat after.
I thought this interesting. I will take the 154 cals burned as it is more than I would have doing nothing.
Have a great weekend!
Happy workout whatever you do.
