Hey,

I used to eat 1,400 calories because I was desperate to lose weight, but I realized I was starving myself.

MFP tells me I need to eat 2,180 calories to lose a healthy weight loss of 1lb per week. I'm 6'1 and weigh 190lbs. I exercise 6 days a week for 50 mins.

I ate Breakfast and Lunch and I'm FULL! I'm not in a mood to eat dinner. Plus I just drank two 1.5 liters of water. I haven't had snacks or Dinner yet and it's already 5:50pm.

If I cut dinner and snacks out, I'll be lower my calories.

Any tips? Is it gonna take a while to get used to it?

    My Diary is open.

I ate breakfast at 10:00am and Lunch at 3:00pm

If you eat later breakfasts and lunches wouldn't you expect to eat later suppers? It's only been 2 hours since you ate last. Wait another few hours before deciding you aren't hungry enough for another meal.

    Okay, Thank you!

I'm going to have to schedule my Breakfast and Lunch earlier so I won't be having dinner at 8:00pm

As long as eating at 8 doesn't interfere with your sleep or cause heartburn, there is no reason why you must eat earlier.

    Oh okay! Thank you :)

It's because I read somewhere that eating after 7pm is bad. But then others have told me it's a myth.

Yeah that's a commonly repeated myth. Just forget about that one :) Your body burns calories 24/7 whether you are awake or asleep.
