Hi to everyone! Well, Im actually the same weight today that I was a week ago. That's because I went to a wedding on saturday night day 7 and I guess i ate a lot more than i thought. I did have a great time!!! But I didnt weigh myself till monday night because I wanted a day or two of dieting to try to lose some of that food. Monday night I weighed in and was up 3.8 lbs!! I was not happy, but I determined to take it off asap! It took me till today to take it all off. I think I will definitely think twice about everything I eat from now on. Its not necessary to overindulge just to have a good time. Hope you all have a great weekend and thanks to everyone who posts such inspirational achievements on this website. I am so motivated seeing what others have done! I cant wait to see that 200 lb mark!
