Has anyone tried and had problems with this program? I started the supplements on Monday (two days ago) and both yesterday and today I seem to stay nauseated and I've been very tired in the afternoon. So tired, in fact, that I've been coming home and napping everyday after work. What gives?

Most of the Amazon reviews are negative. No idea what it is but sounds like a scam. I'd stop taking it and try to return it to wherever you purchased it from.

Which specific supplement are you taking from Shredz?

If its a weight loss one, it probably has a diuretic which can cause:
    • dry mouth
    • thirst
    • weakness
    • lethargy
    • drowsiness
    • restlessness,
    • muscle pains or cramps
    • confusion
    • seizures
    • muscular fatigue
    • hypotension
    • oliguria (decreased or absent production of urine)
    • tachycardia
    • gastrointestinal (GI) disturbances may occur

Edit: I just checked their website and they are charging extortionate rates for these products. I guarantee they do not help with weight loss, at all.

OP if you bought these and spent your hard earned money, try and get a refund. It's really not worth it.

There is a huge multi million, if not billion dollar market which has a specific niche (i.e. people who aren't entirely sure about weight loss) which exploits that and makes huge amounts of money.

All you need to know for the basics OP, is that you need to count your calories!

Just return that junk to the place you bought it. All you need for weight loss is a calorie deficit.

I hope I can return it. I bought it straight from the company. All it does is make me sick!

Say that it made you feel sick, that might just get you a refund.

I still don't get why the FDA is not involved with supps companies.

I would love to see the FDA get involved and then maybe it would stop these companies ripping people off.

If you are considering adding supplements then do your research first (and obviously check with your doctor that it's safe for you to take if you have any pre-existing conditions or are on prescribed medication).

There are a couple of good sites to check out offering independent reviews and analysis on supplements. Consumer Labs and Examine.com are both excellent sites for researching.

This is why I never take supplements or do "diet programs." Just eat food. Not too much. Mostly plants.
