I get close or go over carbs, but I eat high fiber. Is okay to subtract the fiber from goal carbs to get actual carbs?

I do. I subtract the amount of insoluble fiber I ingested from my gross carb amount to get my net carb amount.

if you look in the database there should be a "net carb adjustment" it works on the web but not the app. I use it when I am too lazy to do the math in my head0
