Want more weight loss instead of muscle

Looking for advice please (not ridicule:)).
Little background....started this journey April 1. I'm 5'7" female was 175lbs. I've done two rounds of 21 day fix(just the workouts and own diet), started insanity (did 16 days) now started 21 day fix extreme.
Today I am 160. More than half of my loss came from my first round of 21 day fix. I've only lost 2lbs in the last 2 and a half weeks, scale hasn't moved in over a week now.:(
I'm pretty toned now...not complaining, but I don't really want to gain more muscle I'd rather lose weight as I'm sure that will also help define the muscle I have now.
So what would be my best plan of action?? More Cardio? Keep doing what I'm doing?
I eat between 1200-1380 calories/day.

There is no way that you're building muscle in a deficit. No way are you trading off 1lb of muscle and 1lb of fat a week, that's just not possible because you're female; you don't have as much testosterone as males. And also, you are consuming a relatively small amount of calories.- Are you weighing your foods with an electric scale?
- Are you measuring your foods accurately? i.e. using grams instead of cups and 1/4 cups etc
- How are you obtaining your calorie burns? HRM, MFP or machines?

The good news is that at your weight and height and calorie level, your chances of adding muscle are low.
A one pound per week weight loss is a good average. One week without a loss is completely normal. Weight loss is not linear. You will not lose every week. I don't see a reason to change what you're doing.0 -

I don't look like a body builder or anything but I'm definitely more toned now. I can see the beginning of a six pack and have some pretty big guns compared to none, lol.
I do weigh everything on a food scale, in grams. Just started doing this all the time probably about two to three weeks ago.
I have a hrm I use during workouts, use the numbers it gives me on stationary bike when I use it.0 -

Thank you. That is true, and I think I may need to tell myself that more but after seeing such big numbers before I am finding it discouraging that it has slowed down considerably.0 -

Lol I wanted constructive suggestions!
I realized what you meant now about the 1lb of muscle 1lb fat thing (blonde moment). Yeah...I dunno. I definitely have more muscle now. I'd just rather lose more weight (fat) than put on any more muscle at this point.0 -

Heh, you seriously won't put on any muscle. You're just losing the fat, so your muscle is more visible as there isn't as thick a layer of fat covering them!
Whatever you're doing OP, seems to be working0 -
There's no way youve built muscle eating at a deficit.0
