Well if it was in the time you thought it would take to lose 55 that's not bad. Basically maintaining. Now start cutting.0

Same here but u have to start somewhere i have decided to lose on april 8 i was 225 now im 206 i eat right work out and no longer eat fried or high fat foods. It takes time and dedication but its possible hun. When u stress take a alk or buy a treadmill or something lol. U ca do it0
