Question: I'm doing everything right, but I'm not losing weight - WHY?!

Well, assuming that people just want to lose weight, your answers might be correct. But if the goal is to be healthy and/or have better workouts, some of the questions have more complicated answers that are correct.

@TimothyFish : She is addressing the "Questions" that continue to appear in the forums on a more frequent basis. And in my opinion, they are all spot on as even you are trying to over complicate something so simple.

Until individuals can get consistent with the majority of the information provided by OP, then they shouldn't be focusing in on other things. We call this "Majoring in the Minors."

Not one of those answers would change in any way if the goal was "be healthy" or "have better workouts" vs. losing weight.

Unless you really want to add something along the lines of, "unless you're allergic to it," with regards to how to prepare certain foods, then here's a big fat NO.
