Answer: Eat chocolate if it fits into your calorie goals, and you want it. Do not eat chocolate if it doesn't fit into your calorie goals. Or do.

Question: I'm doing everything right, but I'm not losing weight - WHY?!

Answer: Yes, providing you remain in a calorie deficit.
Question: When should I start lifting weights?
Answer: Yesterday.
You're all welcome.

@TimothyFish : She is addressing the "Questions" that continue to appear in the forums on a more frequent basis. And in my opinion, they are all spot on as even you are trying to over complicate something so simple.
Until individuals can get consistent with the majority of the information provided by OP, then they shouldn't be focusing in on other things. We call this "Majoring in the Minors."
