I'm taking my boyfriend to our favorite restaurant tomorrow. I get the same thing every time and it is my absolute favorite, but it's horribly bad for you! Do I order it, since we rarely go out and I've been so good everyday for a month? Or do I try to find something healthier? Opinions appreciated(:

Stop labeling foods healthy and unhealthy.

    Everything is unhealthy in abundance.

Eat what you want, it's your choice ;)

I say go for it. Just fit it into your calories accordingly.

I'm already planning McDonald's tomorrow and Chinese this weekend. I just fit it in :)

If it's "horribly bad" because it's a huge amount of calories and you feel bloated and stuffed afterwards, ask for a box with your meal and put half of it away for later.

In for the cream cheese! :p

Have you looked it up to see how many cals it is? That's what I would do. Just log it for tomorrow's dinner and eat around that.

Try not to give yourself permission to do something because you've been good for a month. That kind of thinking can cause you to do things you shouldn't. But if you can work it into your calories, go for it.
