Cannot give up yummy food

anyone know of a good way to be able to eat the food you love and lose weight at the same time?

    Well, I'm no expert but so far I'm doing well by trying to make yummy salads

    Just keep your favorite foods into your calories for the day. Eat in moderation. A lot of people on here have lost weight with just a calorie deficit. Good Luck!

    Stay within your calorie limit. If you want more of something then you have to adjust your calorie intake by doing exercise. For example: One hour of elliptical is about 900 calories. With that extra amount you can eat more while still staying within your limit because it adjust you calorie intake.
