When I start getting into exercise again

i should probably start at low intensity workouts then build up into high intensity no?

    Yes. Working out too intensely is actually counterproductive. Most people reduce activity levels to compensate. And pain can make you space out your workouts too far.

    yes, start with small changes in your life in general. they are easier to commit to than a quick and immediate overhaul

    CConsistent progression and sustainability is where its at. Find your fitness level and then keep working away at it. You will benefit from finding the line where you can push yourself, but dont overdo it.

    Dont compare yourself to others, accept whatever level you are at now and then you cna work on consistent progression. Bit further, heavier, faster, longer.
