I'm back after a hiatus, looking to drop some weight and feel better. If anyone knows how much a line cook burns per hour let me know! Feel free to add me!

Since each person is different it's impossible to tell you how much you burn per hour. Each day will be different as you will have different movement. If you can, get a fitbit or something similar that can help you keep track of calories burned! Good Luck and remember why you want to drop weight and feel better and it will be easier to do so.0

Work (including housework, yard work and child care) is part of your activity level, and should not be logged as exercise. Set your activity level to lightly active or active for several weeks, then reevaluate your progress: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/account/change_goals_guided
Have you read the Sexypants post? It's full of good "how-to" information: https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/1080242/a-guide-to-get-you-started-on-your-path-to-sexypants/p10
