Hello!
I am struggling to think of meal ideas! Im from the UK, my partner is trying to bulk up and put on weight, i am trying the complete opposite, any ideas for me meals that would suit us both and are easily adjustable?

you could make the same protein based bit (either meat, or a dish like chili, curry etc) - serve his with carb dense foods like rice, pasta, grains, and yours with less starchy vegies. he could also just eat double portions.
or.
get him to eat more during the day. my husband and I can eat a nearly identical dinner because he eats 5-6 meals a day whereas I eat 2-3.0 -
Weigh & measure your portions.He can keep track of his ....you can do the same. No problem.0
