Can't seem to break my relationship with food. Looking for friends to help get me started on my journey and get motivated.

Just start logging 1 day at a time what food you eat and set a realistic goal of a 0.5/1lb lose a week. Don't worry if you have the odd day where you go over. Best of luck0

Hi Crystal, I get u on the taste issue☺️ can't stand bland food ..... I add a lot of different spices to my food...... Even a boiled egg to make it tasty0
