Slave to taste buds...help!

Can't seem to break my relationship with food. Looking for friends to help get me started on my journey and get motivated.
It's time to change my life.
If nothing changes, nothing changes.
And I need to change.

    Just start logging 1 day at a time what food you eat and set a realistic goal of a 0.5/1lb lose a week. Don't worry if you have the odd day where you go over. Best of luck

    Hi Crystal, I get u on the taste issue☺️ can't stand bland food ..... I add a lot of different spices to my food...... Even a boiled egg to make it tasty
