... frozen yogurt and yogurt ice cream? Is there any?

Pure curiosity really, as I had, earlier in the afternoon, a beautiful scoop (or more like a double scoop :laugh: ) of amarena yogurt ice cream :tongue:

    True you could freeze your own yoghurt but manufacturers add different ingredients to make it creamy and or tasty, read the small print.

    Wish I could, but I doubt the ice cream vendor will hand me the container of probably homemade ice cream :laugh:

    Frozen yogurt has about 20 fewer calorie per half cup serving. I believe yogurt has slightly less fat, but more sugar.

    In the end, it comes down to a matter of which you like better.
