This is my third time around on here. I lost around 20 pounds with MFP in 2010, gained it back when I stopped watching what I eat, came back mostly uninspired in Spring 2014 and didn't last longer than a few days. I quit smoking in December 2014 and gained an additional 20 pounds on top of the 20 pounds I was already overweight.
So, I'm back again. Today is Day 3, I have lost 1 pound so far. I'm not big on exercising but since I have a brand new bike and two feet at the end of my legs, I worked out yesterday and the day before, 20 minutes each riding my bike and taking the dog for a brisk walk. I have a treadmill in the shed and also a good collection of Leslie Sansone DVD's and downloads to work with. I'm not big on exercising but I know it will be a bit easier as the pounds continue to drop.
I don't follow a specific diet. I'm just watching my calorie intake and I'm trying to drink around 1 gal. of water per day (not hard to do during the summer).
I'm 47, married, one daughter, two dogs, three cats, 14 goldfish. I'm a licensed FL Realtor.
That's it in a nutshell.
