Lower body stronger than upper body... do I need to change anything?

I have been doing Stronglifts 5x5 and apparently have a very weak upper body because I couldn't even bench or OHP the empty bar at first, and had to work my way up to it for the first few weeks. Last week's OHP, I failed at 50lb (ugh) and have to drop back down. Bench press is now only up to 55lb. Squats are at 110lb and Deadlifts next time will be 105lb, and I feel like I'll be able to continue adding on for the near future. Is there any issue with this? Is this normal?

Perfectly normal. The only people I know who's bench is close to their squat and deadlift are bench specialists.

Your squats and deadlifts will always be the heavier lifts. Doesn't seem like it's too bad at the moment OP.

Sounds like you are comparing apples to oranges...different muscles are able to drive more weight than other muscles. Your lower body - quads, glutes, and hammies - are the largest and strongest muscle groups in the body. Your pecs (chest) and triceps...not so much. Don't compare how much one muscle group is pushing verses other groups but rather focus on the gains within an individual exercise or muscle group. For example, you cited your bench is already improved. That is great. Compare Bench Press progress to Bench Press. Compare squats to squats.

This! And all of the above.
