returning member needs support

I'm hoping some good people can help me get me to my goal weight which is 3 stone 7 to get off I don't have a lot of support my partner is a biscuit addict n don't support me in fact opistite sends me shop to get him biscuit and sweets also have a 3 yr old so please add me
