Weight Loss Help

I'm curious to know when hitting a weight plateau or a "wall", how long has it taken you before you've continued to lose weight again? I guess I'm looking for length of time or what you've done differently to continue the weight loss.. Thanks!!

As long as it takes you to start eating at a deficit again.0

Depends on the reason for the 'plateau' or 'wall'
Stalls of 2-3 weeks are not uncommon simply due to natural body fluctuations (primarily in water weight)
If you've stalled because you're no longer eating at a calorie deficit, then the stall will end once you resume doing so.0
