Carb cycling for muscle gains & fat loss

I originally lost 60lbs following a fat shredder style nutrition plan 50p/30c/20f, while doing p90x. I got down to 168lbs but have since gained 22lbs of mass and I am giving carb cycling a go as a way to maintain the most muscle mass possible while at a calorie deficit. Hoping to be back around d 7-8% body fat by day 90. I am on day-4 and it's a high carb day (which = glorious). Anyone have experience carb cycling?

I haven't specifically tried carb cycling, but have been on high protein diet (same-ish macros as yours) with 1 cheat day a week, which I guess is the same thing... Kept losing fat!
Are you following some specific carb-cycling diet? what is it, if you don't mind me asking?0
