T25

Okay, so I'll be starting T25 on Monday and I have a couple questions.
First of all, it would be very helpful if I could see some before and afters from those who have done it, because I need some motivation! I'll be doing it with my boyfriend, but in order to do that we'll be waking up at 3:30am each day... Which the thought of that makes me want to cry. Right now we wake up at 4:30 and that's hard enough as it is!

Secondly, I currently work out at the gym 6 days a week and I have a routine down. While doing T25, should I cut down on gym time, cut the gym completely, or keep going? I actually like my gym time and enjoy having a routine.

Any input is helpful! And really, I would love to see some T25 before and afters from you guys!!
