Breakfast

Okay so my weight loss has stalled and I'm thinking of making some changes. Currently, I drink a Naked Green Machine juice every day for breakfast. I have recently read a lot of negative things about these, and have been thinking about changing things up. Which is better for me to eat:

Two scrambled eggs, with 1/2 cup spinach, 1/8 cup mild cheddar cheese, and a 1/2 cup of blueberries
or
Naked juice with a banana

Breakfast 1: 362 calories, 30 carbs, 12 fat, 306 sodium, 16 protein, 8 fiber, 15 sugar
Breakfast 2: 369 calories, 89 carbs, 0 fat, 31 sodium, 5 protein, 3 fiber, 68 sugar

If I'm just going with straight calorie counting then the difference is negligible, however, the juice has way more carbs and sugar, while the eggs have way more sodium and fat.

Thoughts? I do want to keep my sodium down, but I'm concerned about the things I'm hearing about the sugar in the juice.

Personally I would go with breakfast #1, because the fat & protein numbers are better and would help keep me fuller in the morning. But this really is one of those things that comes down to personal preference. If the Naked juice isn't working for you, then try other things.

A lot of it depends on what you're eating the rest of the day relative to your nutritional goals. That said, Option 1 looks much more satisfying and nutritionally balanced.

For myself, I would choose #1 so that I can feel good the rest of the day.

Breakfast #1 sounds like it would keep you full for longer. Whatever makes you feel better, though. As long as your calories and macros end up about the same at the end of the day, it won't matter in terms of weight loss,
