IF YOU WORKED OUT WHEN YOU FIRST THOUGHT ABOUT IT.... YOU WOULD BE DONE BY NOW!!
Yes there are days that it would be so easy not to get that workout done. Days when you just don't feel like it. So I challenge you when those days happen, push play anyway or take that first step on your run. Give yourself about 5 minutes. I bet once you get into it, you will be SO GLAD you started and then will feel like a million bucks after! So who will be pushing play today?

Definitely pushing play today! Going to have an active day: work out, tennis, dog park, maybe a walk
And eating good foods in good portions. Yay!
