    UK - so I'm going to follow the NHS 12 week weight loss plan.

    I lost 3 stone but have put 2 stone back on again so am looking to work harder at embedding healthy habits and cracking the cravings.

    Well, some things are similar: I THINK I weigh about 160 - 165 (scared to weigh) . Dream weight would be 145. Height 5'10 inches. Only thing is - I'm old 65 - a grandma. I have been a group exercise teacher for last 20 years and just retired.
