Nervous; Back to exercising! :)

So I have not been able to do much exercising and NO cardio for the last 2 weeks because I hurt both ankles. But i finally went and got the right kind of shoes and both of my ankles are healed. TODAY i will try a short time at the gym. (not to much because I don't want to injure my ankles again) but fingers crossed I at least want to get in a good 30 min- 1hr :)
