From cardio to lifting...

That's one thing I love about lifting. It can lift weights and not absolutely NEED a shower and change of clothes when I'm done. Makes it easier to squeeze into the day.0

I hated the state I got into after 10 mile runs. Now that I lift I hardly sweat (Good air-conditioning in gym). It's great to be able to just have a shower and go instead of waiting another hour or so after cardio to cool/calm down (red face etc). Cardio burned more direct calories (about 1000 compared to 250 weights), however the difference you can make to how your body looks compared to cardio is amazing. Also, things like sweating etc dose not really have any impact on weight loss etc. You should be working as hard as you can but it's a different type of exhaustion to cardio.0
