Do you still loose weight by consuming the extra calories you earn by exercising?

Yes, because you're already in a caloric deficit.

As long as A. you're logging everything accurately, and B. only eating back a portion of those calories, you should.

Oh yes. Eventually my activity level decreased and my deficit was smaller as I got close to goal, so not then. But when I started, I looked forward to that very much. Still lost at the rate I wanted.

Lots of people have suggested you only eat back 50% of the calories you have earned from exercise, as the burns tend to be overestimated.

If i do excessive exercise, like swimming all day, I will eat a lot more, but my daily exercise is relatively consistent and doesn't seem to have an impact on my huger.

I have more and less hungry days, but the exercise remains the same.
